The staff were very nice…! The staff went above and beyond to help us with servicing the aircraft. Very accommodating and pleasant….i did notice a difference in how the staff reacted to our requests. We are flying a challenger aircraft and needed LAV service and fuel…. The Lav service is always a pain and they completed it without complaint. We will come back…!

Wonderful job! We emailed ahead that we needed fuel and a GPU for a very quick turn to our next destination. The GPU and fuel truck were waiting for us when we dropped off our passenger. We were on our way in 15 minutes…and all during a cold winter rain! Can’t thank the guys on the line and McKenna at the front desk enough.

Upon arrival, the aircraft was greeted by line service personnel. The fuel service order was placed and a van was requested so they wouldn't have to walk so far across the ramp. The line service personnel, all females, were attentive and diligent with happy smiling faces. The front desk person was cheerful and as soon as I collected my passengers, I was on my way to the next destination. It was an enjoyable visit to PVD Atlantic.
