Judy is the best customer service rep ever. She helped with accomodations and gave us a call ahead of time to advise that our Hertz account needed to be updated in order for them to drop off the vehicle at the FBO, which just shows how great, detail oriented and proactive she is when it comes to customer service. She took care of us and did what the rental company didn't do in the first place. She's amazing. The whole team was amazing. Thank you guys.
