We had a mx issue on the jet and had to stay an extra night and Marilyn, Vincent, Josiah and your entire team were fanatastic in helping and taking care of us. Excellent job smoothing out my keeping the rental car and superb support in getting us in hangar and being there with us when maintenanace support arrived to fix the jet. We greatly appreciate your exemplary work and support!

Vincent went above and beyond in contacting me (pilot) before we arrived to help set up a hangar for the night as well as very diligent effort to ensure all the details were worked out with rental cars. Had the shuttle take care of passengers and pilot and all went extremely smooth! We were impressed and he and the line staff did a phenomal job taking care of us! Please pass our thanks to Vincent and your team.
