Angela was very professional and friendly when we arrived and assisted the crew and passengers in every way to ensure all their needs were met. Facility was clean and the pilot lounge and amenities were above average for most FBOs we visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Atlantic SDF.
Clean and professional space to operate in. Angela and Caitlin were extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to return my rental car and make it to my schedule departure time from the FBO.
They had a process/procedure down for the Derby that reduced a lot of previous year's chaos with ramp space, and support personnel to aid in that process.
You managed a big event. I know that is difficult. however, you staff needs training on what over the top means for a lav service. I told the front desk we needed a bucket for the lav service and over the top. Front desk didnt tell line service, line service girls patrolling the parking areas didnt know what over the top meant despite me explaining it to them.
Line service and lav cart arrived without a bucket. It then took an extra half hour to to go back for a bucket; delaying me and everyone else in line.
Brenda was so cheerful, helpful, and happy to explain the expansion of the rewards program AND pointed us toward the delicious ice cream! Great to have such amazing Atlantic teammates like her in your team.
