Diverted from CVG to SDF, in a matter of minutes of making the diversion decision this facility had us set up with parking, stairs, and a fuel truck. This was all thanks to malik and Annemarie coordinating for us woth our company.
From the front desk to the line, everyone treats you really well. Shelby and Anne Marie always great everyone with a smile and warm welcome. Kevin on the afternoon line shift welcomes every aircraft with a handshake and welcome. Top notch folks all the way.
The line personnel were quick to get the services we needed and our airplane was online the next morning with the torque link already connected ready to go. Thanks
Atlantic is my preferred FBO because of the quality of service. I have to go with what the company uses but I do see the difference. Keep up the good work.
I appreciated not having to tow the aircraft to a different spot during our 3 hour stay. The FBO lobby and facility is very nice, and the front desk and ramp staff were very accommodating. Thanks for a smooth turn.

The 1 crew we had there for the Derby this year said the staff did a great job. The $10K special event fee is extremely high though. Even the flight crew said they think that probably kept many aircraft away, which seemed pretty obvious reading the JVY delays etc that the NBAA emailed about on May 1st. As a dispatcher/flight coordinator the CSR staff were great to work with but there were times when my colleagues and i called and no one answered due to volume. Same type scenario as the Masters for AGS.
