We returned to SJC Atlantic on Monday and Alison gave us a quick reply to a short notice email for having our passengers cars ready plane side. Once we were inside Rita did a great job of finishing the paperwork for us. We had several linemen helping with our passengers unloading and driving away. Later Alison alerted me that several boxes were waiting for our plane in your shipping/receiving office. To finish it off, your newest hire lineman was available to drive me over to the commercial terminal side to catch a flight home. A great visit with the helpful team @ SJC!
