Communication through FlightBridge were smooth, timely and accurate, and verbal requests by the Captain on site handled in the same way, which included ramp on-time, lav servicing, coffee and ice and the availability for rental cars to be planeside. Personnel were friendly, courteous and attentive. Changes to our schedule were handled smoothly.
