Let me just say that I've owned a jet for now 15 years, and have visited FBOs all over the country. There is NO BETTER customer service person than Atlantic Aviation Stuart's own Jean Ballou that I have met. She is personable, and capable in handling all of our requests, including coordinating visits to other Atlantic locations around the country. As one small example, Jean introduced us several years ago to a benefit we had through one of our fuel programs that we didn't even know about with a car rental benefit that has saved me personally thousands of dollars. She even brings treats to our three dogs plane side, or to the door of our car. That's the kind of person Jean is. Atlantic Aviation is lucky to have her. THANK YOU!
