I was departing Friday am this past week and Chuck in line service pointed out a concern with my fuel cap operation. I researched the issue with maintenance and it was not a showstopper and we continued the fueling and flight. As we researched the issue, Chuck and the entire staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Always friendly and prompt service. A big shout out to the CSR at the desk who called me on my cell phone to let me know that our pax had arrived, instead of just letting them drive thru the gate. That is a HUGE plus and I really appreciate the heads up!
