The customer service at this particular Atlantic Aviation is quite possibly the precipice of execellence in customer service. Briggette and Laney (and Mark) are a cornucopia of delights. I was offered warm cookies from a local cafe,... not any of that garbage GMO stuff. They had warm smiles, jolly attitudes and catered to my every need. The ambiance in this location is impeccable, sophisticated,.. serene,.. a true sanctuary from the choas of a commerical terminal. The professionalism is polished and rivals that of a five star resort. The service made me feel understood without ever needing to speak any words. This transcendnce,... I will be telling everyone I know who is lucky enough to come this way that Atlantic aviation in Sun valley is setting the global standard in private aviation.
