I would like to comment Paul for assisting me in getting newspaper for one of our sensitive flights. Paul drove me to a deli to purchase the newspapers. He drove back me to the aircraft and thanks to him I was able to provide the newspapers for an important client. Thank you so much Paul for always assisting me and our crews. Line staff met us a customs to transport our passenger. After we repositioned from customs to jet they had the nose gear disconnected. We were online on time and the line staff reconned the nose gear. Outstanding service on the ramp and the front desk was very nice.
