Excellent service a the front desk with Christine, Gwynn and Kathy. The line guys were quick to refuel. We called in advance to notify of our arrival but then mistakenly called back an cancelled. Even with the inadvertent cancellation we received prompt service during a very busy time. We appreciated everyones hard work to get us on our way.

This is the last atlantic with fresh baked cookies. This is unheard of. Since so many FBO's have gotten rid of the cookies. Please keep the cookies. Also we got great service from kendra, she really made sure everything got done quickly and tackled all of our planes tasks. I must give credit to shelly for making sure our guests got everything they needed. She double checked the questions to ensure we had things taken care of properly. They made this a great experience.

The service was prompt, and the staff were a joy to work with. With approaching severe weather, I was contacted about storing the aircraft in the hangar, which I also appreciated. Overall, a pleasant experience.
