I like the Friday morning Aging Strong program and the monthly Wed. potlucks. Once upon a time there was a chair yoga program, but I don't see it there anymore.
So I like all of the staff they’re there and at least station everyone’s so friendly and it’s like a family. I’ve taken the women on weights, and yoga and some cardio. All the instructors are incredible..
I love the fact that Atlee station YMCA has 430 classes Monday through Thursday. The staff is always kind and helpful, including front desk staff, like Sharon, Cary as a trainer, and all the many teachers like Jill, Birdie, Susan, sarah I prefer going to Atlee over all the other YMCA’s, but do enjoy classes with Sarah and Blair like body pump at the Chicahominy YMCA.
If I had a suggestion, it would just be to offer a 430 class on Friday
I especially like Therese Judson’s Gentle Cardio Class on Mondays and Wednesdays (8:15 am) and Gloria Holts fusion class on Tuesdays and Thursday at 10:15 am. These are great classes that really give your body a workout. I alway feel great after participating in them.
I really wish you had a Saturday morning gentle cardio class. Maybe you can see if if Gwen Foley would be interested.
