I love the way the games + practices carry out . My son felt so encouraged and involved by the staff . Melissa is an absolute amazing staff member and she helped my son come out of his shell and not be so afraid. They make sure every child feels encouraged and equal! I highly recommend them for any sports !

Yoga and the yoga teachers are the best. There are so many treadmills and other workout machines always available. Friendly Tom at the desk.

I don't do any of the activities or programs I come to swim and workout in the gym.. I will say I wish that the pool. Particularly, the warm therapy pool was cleaned. A little more often, it seems to have a foggy not inviting look to it often.
