Great instructors like Ashley O. And Tiffany in Strength Train Together and Michelle in Butts and Gutts. They make working out fun!
I just wish there were more class options like at East Butler Y at Atrium. I was disappointed that the outdoor didn’t open this summer.
It would be great to have indoor. Pickleball options like at East Butler Y and Countryside.
I love taking classes at Atrium YMCA. I love Pilates (Janet & Jessica), Yoga (Danielle & Kali), HIIT (Ally), Butts & Guts (Michelle) and Zumba (Yushonda). All of these instructors are great people and great teachers.
My health has improved greatly from taking these exercise classes. I was even able to reverse my diagnosis of Osteoporosis by exercising, taking Calcium and Vitamin D supplements and improving my diet.
I am a fairly new member. I joined specifically to swim in the hopes of getting myself in better shape. I have only used the pools thus far. I like tge fact that there is always space for me to swim whenever tge pool is open. I also have joined some of the cardio splash sessions and enjoy them. A good, low impact way for me to exercise.
I love the inclusiveness. I see players are met at whatever level they are at and get a challenge to learn more. They have fun doing it too. It's awesome!
