It’s a great place to go to exercise. They have Silver sneakers and accept other Medicare insurance options. Senior citizens are eligible for the VIP program which is very affordable. You can tan and get an awesome massage in their chairs or lounge beds.

i love how friendly and helpful the staff are! i had never worked out before and one of the employeees showed me how to use equipment and explained things to me without making me feel stupid for not knowing. The facility is always so clean!
