Austin was a pro about handling a very difficult selling situation. Things were up in the air so many different times before I could get my house on the market and Austin lead me through all of it. He was always ready with updated market comps for the aprox time of listing, and he was more prepared when the time came to put the sign up than I was. Austin was so helpful throughout the entire process of helping us search for a home! He was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He made sure to explain things very clearly to us, and had a great understanding of the current market. We could tell he genuinely cared about helping find the right home for us and truly understood our needs and what we were looking for. We will definitely be using Austin again in the future if we ever need to move again. We couldn't recommend him more!

I can’t say enough good things about Austin! First of all, he helped me find a house on a short timeline, from another state! He virtually showed me houses, helped me formulate several good offers, and encouraged me when our offers didn’t get accepted, ultimately leading me to find the perfect home for my family. He was able to be reached at any time, and promptly answered all of my questions that came up. I write this as I haven’t even seen my house in-person yet, but that just shows how much I trust Austin!
