Generally easy except access can be difficult when traffic is heavy. I come from the west so when traffic is heavy I take the 183 south exit, make a u-turn then come back so i am in the right lane and do not really have to merge into that speeding traffic coming from the west. I have it figured out so it is OK now.

It was easy to make a reservation on line. The prople there were friendly and helpful. Its easy to exit 71 east snd turn into The Parking Spot. They offer many types of discounts inluding AAA, senior discount and military discount. They will also assist you with your luggage if needed.

Pickup from airport back to parking lot is timely. They’re almost always waiting for me when I come out of the terminal. Driver is helpful with bags.

The staff!! From the front office to the shuttle drivers, each was amazing and treated me like I was a regularly scheduled customer. Genuinely happy to help me get to where I needed to be. I definitely recommend The Parking Spot West when flying out of Austin. A great way to start your trip.

The Parking Spot is next door to the airport. So very convenient to get in and out of. But the people that work there are outstanding! When I check in and have an issue with the entry scanner (user error), the attendant is there ready to help. Rain or shine! The shuttle drivers are outstanding! Always friendly and helpful. I see them move some heavy suitcases in and out of the buses with ease. I will always use the Parking Spot when flying out of Austin.
