Your WEST Team is really amazing. I have noticed a big difference in the last few months. From the people greeting you when you drive in and help you with the screens early in the morning to our pick up drive last Saturday. HE was AMAZING. I cant remember his name but he had a cool piece of pottery looking water bottle and he was the best Parking Spot driver I have ever had! I should have tipped him more, as he lifted my BIG 62 lbs suitcase. Keep up the good work WEST TEAM
