I love being able to pre-book and pay and not have to pay either entering or exiting. Three geipes: 1.) Better signage needed to signify entrance off freeway. Entry just springs at you, especially bad if entering at nighttime. 2.) Better machine to reach code on phone at entry. End up turning phone this way and that way. Even the on-duty attendant had issues and commented this happens all the time. 3.) Need another exit other than direct onto freeway. Hard to get out without being run over.

I like knowing my car is safe on the property. Always friendly drivers who get me to the gate on time. Rarely do I have to wait long to be picked up at the parking spot or at the airport. Like the app and ease of making reservations and earning points. What I don't like... is trying to get out of your West Parking Spot. The HWY is horrible and often pulling out and getting into the spot is a nightmare.
