The help at the gate. I was two hours late for check-in. The young man at the gate was most kind and helpful. I got a great parking spot! The shuttle was coming through and waited for me to park so I could board! He even helped with my bags. On the return trip, the same young man helped me exit the lot - the exit I chose was not accepting credit cards/down for service. I had to go to a different exit. I sooooo appreciate his kindness!

Quick and easy to park and get taken to the terminal. Like the covered parking, plus the shuttle drivers are always very nice.

It was easy and quick! Loved the covered option and that we got dropped off right at our terminal. Y’all also do a great job of tracking arrivals to make sure we get picked up and dropped off at our vehicles in a timely manner. Everyone was great and happy!

Both locations are very convenient to the airport. It is very easy in and out with the app and the drivers are always very nice, helpful and quick to get everybody on and off the bus.

They direct you where to park and the transport van is there to pick you up. Driver loads your bags and your on your way to the terminal
