As we arrived back to Austin two hours late, we seen a shuttle for the East parking area so I asked the driver about a shuttle for the West lot and he said it would be along soon. I must have looked hot and exhausted because the driver was so kind to offer us water while we waited and helped with our luggage once the other shuttle arrived. I did not get his name but I was very grateful for his help. I just wanted to let you know you have some amazing drivers. Thank you!

The plusses of using The Parking Spot. The discount for an extended stay and paying in advance. The ability to make a reservation in advance. The QR code in the app to enter and a person there to direct to a particular row to park. The shuttle that was there as I unloaded my bags. The friendly drivers to and from the airport. And last, as I was leaving close to midnight, that QR code that opened the gate to make my way home. Just a very easy experience.
