The Parking Spot West has been my go to parking choice since it opened. Have rarely had an issue. Service is typically great. This last stay had a couple of hiccups for me…when I first drove in and presented my member card I was told they are no longer used and I must use the email I received when originally making the reservation. That caught be a bit off guard and I had to scramble to find the email. Same thing when leaving. Are you sure you can’t still accept the old card? Haha. I also received my parking space location card from the driver, but as it turned out, no such space number exists.

Generally easy except access can be difficult when traffic is heavy. I come from the west so when traffic is heavy I take the 183 south exit, make a u-turn then come back so i am in the right lane and do not really have to merge into that speeding traffic coming from the west. I have it figured out so it is OK now.

It was easy to make a reservation on line. The prople there were friendly and helpful. Its easy to exit 71 east snd turn into The Parking Spot. They offer many types of discounts inluding AAA, senior discount and military discount. They will also assist you with your luggage if needed.

Pickup from airport back to parking lot is timely. They’re almost always waiting for me when I come out of the terminal. Driver is helpful with bags.

The staff!! From the front office to the shuttle drivers, each was amazing and treated me like I was a regularly scheduled customer. Genuinely happy to help me get to where I needed to be. I definitely recommend The Parking Spot West when flying out of Austin. A great way to start your trip.
