People are so helpful. Dropoff person driving van stopped to show us where we were super to be parking. Pickup diver for East lot helped us get our luggage and wheel chair to West lot van. Driver of that van loaded and unloaded our luggage.

Easy to park and my car is more protected in the lot from damage/thieves than in ABIA lots. Also, shuttles pick up and drop off at my car, not a central loading area.

I am always amazed at how you find good employees that are helpful and kind. I was particularly impressed with your new general manager, who is riding on the bus who took the time to actually ask me a few questions and get to know me. I had no idea who he was and I really enjoy talking to him. The two bus drivers I had were also fantastic helping me load my luggage up and making an effort to make me feel valued.

I like how how the van driver knows my “spot” to come pick me up after I park & always helps with my suitcase when I get on & off the bus. I like the PS app where I let the driver know I am on my way from my arrival gate in AUS & heading to him/ her.

I like that we are picked up and dropped off quickly by pleasant folks. I like that if I have any issues at the gate that the folks that help us out are really nice. Your employees seem happy. I like this.
