Easy check in/out. The shuttle service is a game changer, the fact that you get picked up at your car and dropped off at your car is awesome! That alone makes a big difference if you have more than 2 bag's to carry. Online reservation system is very easy to use. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and corteous.
