Your WEST Team is really amazing. I have noticed a big difference in the last few months. From the people greeting you when you drive in and help you with the screens early in the morning to our pick up drive last Saturday. HE was AMAZING. I cant remember his name but he had a cool piece of pottery looking water bottle and he was the best Parking Spot driver I have ever had! I should have tipped him more, as he lifted my BIG 62 lbs suitcase. Keep up the good work WEST TEAM

I have used The Parking Spot several times and every time I have had absolutely no complaints. I have flown by myself alot and am so at ease knowing The Parking Spot drivers will pick me up right at my car and then take me back right to my car. All of the drivers are very friendly and very professional. And I have also 'price checked' and the rates are either better or the same out of all the parking lots I checked.
