I like the convenience of parking and knowing my car will be safe while I'm away on a trip. On my last trip ---- I waited about 30 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle to come take me back to my car. Several shuttles for Parking Spot East came and left during that time. Several other people were waiting with me. The shuttle was completely full of people once it arrived.

We like the proximity to the airport. Usually, the promptness of pickup at the parking spot and arrival from the airport is perfect. Our recent experience involved a long wait at the airport on our return home. Understandably, a new employee was being trained. Hopefully, our next trip will go smoothly, as usual.
