Both locations are very convenient to the airport. It is very easy in and out with the app and the drivers are always very nice, helpful and quick to get everybody on and off the bus.

Easy parking. But I did not like when I was about ready to exit, I couldn’t get on the app to prove that I had prepaid. Luckily, the young man attended, could do a manual check to see if I paid which he did see that I paid. That’s pretty frustrating when you’re been flying and being at a airports for over 18 hours.

There is so much to like about the ParkingSpot West!! 1 - Getting reservations is so easy...just plan in advance and I strongly recommend Premium Parking 2 - In the event you are in need last minute, I have had luck there as well 3 - The drivers are absolutely awesome. Always cheerful, have great advice and when I was running a bit tight on time, they had great ideas to trim down a few minutes 4 - Have you ever tried to park in the airport garages? IYKYK!!! Pay for ease of mind and convenience 5 - Everything is so easy, scan your barcode, get your parking spot, a few minutes later the shuttle is there AT YOUR CAR!!! and when you leave...there is water at the exit...cmon!!! I will never park any other way as long as I live in this part of Texas
