being given a specific row # to park. Drivers considerate. The only issue is getting into the far right lane from 183 as it merges with 71. That's not an issue that can be fixed but it is dangerous and there's no other alternative if you can't get over in time.

We like everything about the Parking Spot, except the ingress and egress. You need to revise or add customer access to the east end of the parking lot where your shuttle buses enter and exit. Entering from and (especially) exiting onto the high speed highway is extremely treacherous. It’s only a matter of time until you have a tragedy there.

Quick, reliable. I started using The Parking Spot YEARS ago when they had SkyMall magazine on every flight because reliably The Parking Spot always had a discount coupon in there, so on my way home, I'd rip it out and use it. SkyMall doesn't exist and I don't get coupons, but now it's just habit to use The Parking Spot every time I travel. They are reliable.
