We have used the Parking Spot multiple times and they have never disappointed in any way. There is always a bus to transport us to the airport and we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the transport back to our car from the airport.

The check in and pick up was quick and easy. Very friendly people. The pick up took a little longer but the driver was very pleasant. The "check out" person was very helpful and polite.

The bus drivers are very kind and accommodating. We were traveling with a travel wheelchair for the first time and they helped with everything! Even offered to put it back in my car upon return. I love that there is almost no wait for the bus coming or going. Great location and I feel confident my car is safe.
