The staff was very friendly and helpful The drivers were excellent in their work. They were friendly, very professional, and loaded the luggage carefully. They made getting to the airport and back very easy. I liked the location of the Parkin Spot, but having to slow down to enter the location off of a major, busy road is very difficult. It is also hard to realize when you get there because you have to drive so fast to keep with the flow of traffic. The same when leaving. Thus the Parking Spot was excellent to use if it had better egress and exiting lanes.

Love the covered parking close to the airport at a reasonable price. The shuttle is always really fast, too.

I rarely have to wait more than 5 mins for a baggage claim pickup and never when I arrive. The price is extremely reasonable. Every employee have dealt with is friendly and efficient. I live 15 minutes from the airport but using taxis, Uber, etc. are neither reliable or convenient.

Covered parking, friendly and courteous drivers who loaded large bags into our vehicle, and complementary water. Best of all, a team member that quickly corrected an overcharge on my parking stay at the exit gate when the automated system thought I had parked in an area outside what I had purchased. Well, done, Parking Spot West team!
