Amed was a great driver---very happy and eager to please. NATSHA WAS JUST REAL GREAT. She was eager to help when I couldn't get my paperwork to scan and also she offered us water . That's the way a business should be run, but there's not many employees that nice. We've used your services for years and have been satisfied every time. We'll be using you again in late August. Overall your services were very proficient…and when you reserve in advance the parking costs are very reasonable. However, on my most recent trip, I got in 12 hrs later than anticipated, and the additional fee with taxes was 3 x the daily rate I paid for the previous 7 days…a bit of an extreme charge of $30 for that additional 12 hours is my only beef…as other parking spots daily rate for an overage is much less and will take that into consideration my next trip.

The parking is covered, for the most part. The shuttle service is prompt in both directions. My only wish is for the price not to be so high.

The ease of parking, the way the staff is helpful and friendly. They were super helpful when we returned very late because of many delayed flights. We were exhausted and super tired and staff went above and beyond to help us with our bags and paying our way out of the parking area.

The app/reservation process was easy. The shuttle bus was available to and from the airport. The drivers were friendly and helpful. No issues with my car upon my return. Couldn't ask more based on this experience.

The Booking Process is super easy - even using Reward Points and special offers. I like the app, too - and the QR code that is set on my Membership is perfect for vending the gates. The gate workers and Bus Drivers are all super nice, fun and helpful!
