Location is easy for me to drive to.
Access gate is generally easy to activate.
Simple: Get on the bus, Driver gives you a paper card indicating the exact location of your parked car, Driver announces appropriate gate for the airline you are flying and assists with extracting luggage for you at appropriate gate.
Return: Get on the bus, Hand the previously issued car location card to Driver. Driver takes exactly to your car location and assists with unloading your luggage.
Simple, convenient, and timely.

You are conveniently located to the airport and have always had space for me when I've needed to book. Also, your staff is quick and friendly. They have always been careful with my luggage and quite courteous. Early Dec., I when arriving at the airport, I was directed (by the employee at the front gate) to turn down the row which I did and go down toward the end and park. The shuttle picked me up right away and we were off. When I returned a week later I was charged for premium parking, saying I parked in the wrong place. I had no choice but to charge it, as it was late and nobody was on duty and I could not leave the lot. The following day I sent an email to The Parking Spot explaining what had happened. I heard back within two days and was given a refund for the amount I was overcharged at the lot. Other than that incident, everything has been great with The Parking Spot!
