I appreciated the great customer service, the easy process and the drop off directly at departures and the easy pick up at arrivals. The best part for me was being dropped off at my car directly after a long flight back.

Reliable. Consistent. Reasonably comfortable, eg. AC. Drivers always help with bags. I am 70 and not as easy as was. Drop off fine, but pick up could be better, eg. Put sign in shuttle for where to go after baggage claim. We always drag our stuff out after all day flights and would help if we knew better where to go instead of going to one place, then having to hike it down the line to the end. But sometimes it’s not so i never know really for sure. I tried reading fine print about door numbers and courtesy blue or just courtesy but couldn't keep it straight by the time we got out. Thanks!
