We hauled a lot of luggage this most recent trip for vacation and our driver was helpful with everything. We also were pleasantly surprised by the timeliness of the shuttles to and from the Parking Spot, especially considering we arrived around 2am coming home.

You really have a safe place for me to park. Your app is easy to use. This last trip went off without a glitch. The last time I wanted to travel, I ended up in the hospital. When my daughter-in-law called to cancel my parking, you canceled it and even refunded my money!!! I wouldn't park anywhere else!!! Thank you!!

I had one bad experience with Parking Spot West, during this last trip. However, all of my other experiences with Parking Spot West have been excellent, so I am going to choose to disregard this one bad experience, as I don't think it represents your usual quality of service. I am going to tell you about it, because I do believe you need to know about my experience, in order to prevent this from occurring in the future. On 6/13, I checked in at 0300 a.m., as planned. I'm sure you can check the records to find the name of the older woman who was driving the van at that time. When I got on the van, she assisted with my larger bag and then I waited for her to give me the card that lists my car's location, per the usual routine. I asked for the card and she said "I don't have a pen. I know where your car is." I responded "Yes, but when I return in a week, neither of us will remember where my car is." She said "I'll give it to you when we get to the airport." When she dropped us all off (not at United, but dropped us all off at one spot, which is not normal either), another lady loaned me a pen to give the driver. She gave me the card and it listed my car's location as being in C7-8. I immediately realized that was incorrect and said "I don't think that's where my car is". She said "Well, it's close enough". (It was actually in B7-13.) Her whole attitude was one of annoyance and I had never experienced this from one of your drivers before. While on my trip, I was thinking that Parking Spot West has really gone downhill and I need to find another place to leave my car. However, as I said before, I have always received excellent service there, so I decided to see how things went on the way home, knowing that I was arriving very late on 6/19 (which actually ended up being very early 6/20 due to a delay). Fortunately, the gentleman who was driving the van at that time could not have been nicer or more professional, even when I had to explain why I didn't know exactly where my car was and why it wasn't in the place listed on the card I gave him. Once again, I received excellent service from him and was very grateful for his kindness and professionalism. This is very important to me because, when I arrive home very late at night, tired from a long flight, I want to be taken TO MY CAR....NOT "close enough".
