It's great, with helpful people working there. We recently returned from Honolulu, tired, sunburned and jetlagged, and misunderstood what the lady at the gate was try to tell us. We started yelling, but she remained calm and professional, gave us cold water and explained the situation again. We apologized and she was very gracious. Again, sorry, ma'am! The only complaint we've ever had is: there is NO SIGNAGE! Even watching for it, knowing there is inadequate signage, we still have to slam on our brakes , because we're almost past it when we see it. We've even had to turn in at the exit drive, and drive down the sidewalk to get to the entry drive. Seriously. You need bigger, better, MORE signage! BETTER SIGNAGE!
