The app and website were straightforward and easy to use. I liked my first-timer discount, unsure if I can afford it in the future at regular price. Time will tell. Mostly though, it was the staff interactions that made my experience a 10. Mark, my driver both directions, was so kind and helpful and upbeat. This was at 3 am and midnight, and he had every right to be grumpy but he was not!! The incoming and outgoing booth personnel were cheerful and helpful (ditto the middle of the night comments). Thank you and I hope to see y'all soon.

Very easy to reserve parking online. Also, an attendant was there upon arrival to advise which row to park in and advised how to locate the row. It was difficult to find the way to get out of the lot once I came back. I didn't see any signs advising where to exit.
