From the moment we pulled in and greeted by the dispatcher we were impressed. She was very friendly and helpful. The experience got even better with the shuttle driver to the airport who was very helpful and friendly. Our great experience continued when we arrive back at the airport with a Spot bus showing up immediately! That was such a relief. Again, we experienced a wonderful drive back to our car where it was safe and sound. The whole experience with the Parking Spot was terrific.

I had the best experience with Dina the supervisor. I made an incorrect reservation at west Austin instead of East Austin. I was very anxious and in a hurry and was allowed to park at East. but with no assurance that the price would stay the same. Upon returning the driver said i might be billed for both lots as well as the drive up price. Dina understood my error and reassured me and took care of my final payment. I really appreciate her calming me down and taking good care of me. Thanks

Loved the service. However, I would recommend the buses making a mark at the front of the line when people line up and having the bus actually stop there to let the first people on the bus. Both times the bus stopped and the people behind us got in front of us because of where the bus stopped and we had to wait on the next one.

I think it is very well organized - the shuttle is quick and always waits for us to get out of the car and get organized. The person is always nice and helps with our stuff. We've never waited long at the airport for a shuttle - if at all. That is always nice. Getting out was a little tricky this time - trying to scan on our way out. I was having trouble reaching it. Finally a lady came out to help which was very nice. We always recommend you to anyone looking for parking. Thanks!
