I purchased a Trek Domane +AL5 remotely. I am a part time resident and wanted to place the order for delivery when I got back in town. The AL5 was there when I arrived and setup to my specifications. I could not have asked for better customer service.

The staff was very helpful in guiding us to the electric bikes that were best for us. The quality of the bikes was important to us as was shopping local as we have been residents in Lake Geneva for 50 years. Having a local dealer to go to for any of our needs was also important to us. I bought an extended battery for my E-bike. I bought the battery because I plan to do a century ride in Door County in September. When the order came in, I was told that my receipt was not correct because Trek recently had a discount on it. Don was great in putting it together and Ann was extremely helpful in showing me the app for my bike on my phone to help me see battery life. I really appreciate the time that was spent to show me how to work my new extended battery.

The young man who helped me rent an E bike was very knowledgeable, and kind. I appreciated all his wisdom around the trail I took around Lake Geneva. He was not condescending about my questions on all the specs on the bike or the trail maps . I will definitely be back to rent the bike again,maybe longer than 3 hours if it is allowed. Thank you , it was a great ride.

Place is exactly what an LBS should be. Friendly, able to get you on a new ride, back on your existing ride, or round out your kit. They experiment and are involved in the community. Solid local bike shop and well deserving to be supported as we are better with them. Highly recommend.
