Excellent customer care and service. I went in to place an order of a well sought after bike for my daughter that had a long lead wait time. The staff welcomed me with warmth, patience and compassion, and went off his way to call their Rep at the manufacture to squeeze in my order. The wait turned out to be painless, and my daughter was over the moon when she picked up her bike. A big thank you to Avenue Cyclery.

The team at Avenue was consistently patient, helpful, and non-judgemental. They also care about their work, taking time to explain what they want to do and why it's necessary (without coming off as pushy).
