I bought an e-bike 2 years ago from them. The shopkeeper was very friendly and explained why I shouldn't buy an externally mounted battery. They also accomodated my style well and let me test the bike I would end up buying. Great experience!

Great help - took a lot of time explaining bike options to me and then once I had decided on a bike, explain all functionalities of that particular bike. Everything was delivered and set up by the time they communicated. And prices are fair also. Just a great experience overall.
