The salon is clean and they offer tons of services. I love Aveda products. The prices are fair. The staff is friendly and professional, and my whole family gets services there. We have never had a bad cut or a bad experience. Trusted staff. (The owner is a delight and has the best laugh.)

I love that every time I come here, the vibe is positive. I also love the consistent, high-quality result and customer service that I receive at this salon regardless of the stylist. I have no hesitation trying a new or different stylist because I am confident that 1) everyone there is genuinely interested in their clients being happy with the result and 2) if there any dissatisfaction, they will do everything in their power and within reason to make it right. Customer service like this rarely exists these days. I am so happy I took a chance to come in here at B Golden, as long as I am in the greater Indianapolis area, I won't go anywhere else - shout out to Brenna, Chandler, Sahara, Saylor and Kelsey!! They have all helped me out in the past 10 months on my hair journey!!

I was so pleased with the time that both Lauren and Brenna took to understand what I wanted from my cut and color. Brenna, the stylist and owner, is truly amazing! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the experience both relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my haircut and color—she nailed it!
