We are new to ebikes and Brice and staff are incredibly knowledgeable on the subject of ebikes. B&L Bikes spent a lot of quality time with us explaining the products and the in and out of ebikes. We settled on Velotric and excited to explore this new world of ebiking. Would definitely recommend B&L Bikes for any and all of your biking needs.

I have always had a good experience at B&L whether buying or needing repair/maintenance. they will keep at it until satisfaction is achieved. Repairs and maintenance are usually done the same day. Very cordial and eager to meet customer needs.

I was able to get help and advice the minute I walked in the door. The repair to my bike required parts that had to be ordered and a follow-up appointment. I had to communicate with the staff by text and phone because I live across the country. But you'd never know. All the communication was clear, the work was done when they said it would be, and they were great to work with. I'm really grateful I was able to get my bike fixed at B & L Bicycles!

We had a great experience with B&L Bicycles purchasing our two Trek Townie Go e-bikes. Brice was awesome! He took the time to explain the bikes, warranties, and the excellent bike rack we purchased, and walked me through the loading process so I felt comfortable using it. Colleen was also fantastic and made the ordering process easy, even setting everything up on layaway until we could get to the store. Great customer service from both of them. We really appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone was and highly recommend B&L Bicycles!

This is the real deal LBS! They know their old and new bikes! If I'm traveling through Pullman, I always try to stop and see what they're up to. They have s great display of vintage bikes and an awesome selection of newer stuff too! Follow the owner, Brice, on social media for awesome bike videos!! They rock!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a great experience with B&L Bikes in Pullman. I brought my bike in just before closing on a Thursday after both tires went flat from running over goat heads. They took a quick look at the bike, explained what they recommended, and pointed out that the brake pads were also due for replacement. They completed the work on Friday, and I was able to pick up my bike Friday evening with new tires, tubes, tube sealant, and brake pads. What I appreciated most was that they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Their recommendations were practical and clearly focused on getting my bike safely back on the road. The work was quick, professional, and thorough, and they had me back riding in just one day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Great service, fair recommendations, and a fast turnaround—I would definitely recommend B&L Bikes.
