From the moment you walk in, they treat you like a regular, not a number. They always remember your name and make you feel welcome every time, which says a lot about how they run their shop. That personal touch goes a long way. Their selection is solid — great bikes, e-bikes, tires, parts, and accessories — all stuff they actually stand behind. And their service is top tier. They take the time to explain what’s going on with your bike, give real advice (not upsells), and fix things right the first time. Fast turnaround, fair prices, and mechanics who clearly know their craft. It feels like an old-school local bike shop in the best way — built on trust, skill, and community. I have been a long-time (>20 years) customer of B&L and have always had good experiences. Bryce and his staff (Zach, Colleen in particular) are always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and find ways to address my needs and concerns. I respect their bicycle knowledge and expertise and really appreciate that they listen to and consider my perspectives/wishes on the needs and occasional problems I bring them.

My wife and I are repeat customers over many years. We value the knowledge and technical skills of Brice and his employees. Our bikes have been fitted properly and the follow up service and maintenance has been excellent. Trek bikes and Bontrager products are well designed and reliable resulting in many happy years of cycling!

I purchased an electric bike for my daughter who is a faculty member at WSU. * first: OWEN helped me with selection and with customizing the bike for her. I found him to be A+ help. Kind and Knowledgeable. * second: the bike we bought is so amazing. The Bosch motor is smooth and the Bike has great style and performance. Electra Vale-Go class 3. * Owen ordered and assembled the bike for us special and did it al for free. * Great service, great selection, and great bikes.
