The service is excellent! I just had a bike accident and they checked over my bike, for free, to make sure that everything is safe to ride. Colleen is totally tuned into what I personally need for my bike and makes suggestions and explains things thoroughly.
B&L was great right from the first phone call. Coleen secured the bike I wanted (Trek Powerfly FS4) and then I headed out to the store.
Once I got there, everyone jumped in to help me test ride it, choose a kick stand and bottle holder and set up the seat and suspension to fit me exactly as needed. I mean they even gave us a gift card for free ice cream across the street while we waited on the finishing touches to the bike.
And finally, they took the time to walk me though all the bikes features, how to care for it and even provided some special tools to keep the bike in top condition. B&L is the kind of small business that you love to support!
I like the availability of choices, especially in-stock accessories and parts for my Trek bike, and the professional advice provided on those choices. I like the concern demonstrated for the health snd safety of customers and employees during the pandemic. All these are excellent reasons we want to shop more at B & L Bicycles.
