We look forward to taking our assist bikes to Pullman every year! Its a 11/2 hour drive from Spokane Valley beautiful drive and when we are there Bryce is the best explains everything to us and we understand him! Great down to earth man! His assistants Owen and Cody do a great job to so helpful!

Trek bikes are a product that you can trust and B and L have an extensive selection. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and if there is a problem with your bike, they can find it and fix it. They have an extensive collection of parts and regardless of the vintage of your ride, they can likely find the part you need. They also build excellent wheels. They stand behind their products and you will not find a friendlier place.

I like that people know me by name! Also, I am beyond amazed at all the small services, like pumping tires and greasing chains, that yall are willing to do for free. that is exceptional!!!! I like that the staff have a lot of bike history knowledge, and are open to hanging out and talking with me. I learn a lot just standing around and browsing the selection. Your commitment to safety is outstanding. Best bike shop I've ever been to, please never go out of buisiness.

Quality and selection really stand out, especially the newer bikes designed for year-round riding, including winter conditions in the snow. The electric road and gravel bikes are incredibly fun, too! I also really value the service, thanks to the great people who have provided it over all these years.

We were welcomed and attended by Gus. He was very polite and professional. We appreciate his patience with our requests for different seta of toddler helmets. We had really good experience and will definitely recommend B&L Bicycles to our family and friends.
