I had a great experience with B&L Bikes in Pullman. I brought my bike in just before closing on a Thursday after both tires went flat from running over goat heads. They took a quick look at the bike, explained what they recommended, and pointed out that the brake pads were also due for replacement. They completed the work on Friday, and I was able to pick up my bike Friday evening with new tires, tubes, tube sealant, and brake pads. What I appreciated most was that they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Their recommendations were practical and clearly focused on getting my bike safely back on the road. The work was quick, professional, and thorough, and they had me back riding in just one day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Great service, fair recommendations, and a fast turnaround—I would definitely recommend B&L Bikes.
