The service is always friendly and excellent. They are very knowledgeable about bikes and the products they sell, and the quality of their merchandise is very good. They often go above and beyond to help you find/get what you need.

Very detailed knowledge on the website about an older bike part that I was looking for. It was hard to find the information anywhere else. That information helped tremendously in trying to restore my 20 year old bike to get back out on the trails. Once I ordered the part it was shipped promptly. I would like to visit the actual store if I’m ever out west.
