They carry quality stock. They are super friendly allways willing to answer any questions. Willing to let people test ride, willing to take the time to make sure the bike fits the rider. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bike and a place that is willing to stand by what they sell

Went to B&L to get (yet another) bike, this time for my son. Every time we go in, the staff is always a pleasure to work with and not pushy at all. Everyone is very engaging about every aspect of bikes and biking. Bryce and the staff are a wealth of knowledge!

There good quality and very good service

B&L has been my bike shop since I began bicycling in the 2000s. Staff has come and gone but the service remains excellent. Customers are encouraged/allowed to ask question of the mechanics as they work and often stop to help. I've purchased severalbikes for myself and my wife and have always had good success maintaining them. B&L keeps good records as what services have been performed.

We took our e-bikes in for periodic service. The attending bike tech took time to look over our bikes and ask us about any performance issues. All the needed work was done promptly and as discussed with the tech when the bikes were brought in. Always enjoyable to talk with the owners and staff. Great Job B&L! Bill and Anneke G.

They are very helpful with bike advice and bike service. They even let me test ride a bike for about an hour ride on a cool route they suggested near their shop.
