I was at Babcock Bicycles because a friend needed assistance in transporting her bike for service. I ended up buying a bike for myself. That can be solely attributed to my interaction with John. And he wasn’t even TRYING to sell one to me. His unassuming and easy going personality while expertly answering my questions sold me. I walked out of there with a bike, bike rack and all the accessories. And my friend was very pleased with the service she was provided. I would highly recommend Babcock Bicycles to anyone who is (or isn’t) interested in buying a bike.
