I recently purchased a TREK E-Bike Dual Sport+ 2 at Babcock Bikes. John waited on me, listened to what I was looking for in the bike and recommended the perfect bike for me with the accessories I needed. The bike was ready the next day. I appreciate the excellent service I received from Kevin and John at Babcock bikes.

Brought in my rear wheel with a flat tire. I asked if they would replace the inner tube while I wait. They told me I was asking a lot and I replied good customers deserve a lot! They took my wheel and within 20 minutes I was out the door! Good job Babcock's!

Service was very quick, just took a couple of hours. The associate was very clear in offering options for improving my bike in the way needed and offering choices for other service and products needed. I highly recommend Babcock Bicycles.

This is the second time I have gone to Babcock Bicycles. The first time I bought a new bike for my son. This time I got 2 used bicycles at a great price, which was needed since we were getting two at once. They are great about being able to trial the bike at different sizes and practice shifting gears. I needed someone to point us in the right direction size wise and they are quite knowledgeable. They also have all sorts of bike accessories, my son was happy to try out all the bell options! Really can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a better quality bike that will last.

SO happy I found Babcock Bicycles! Great customer service. Kevin Babcock is a Gentleman. Great pricing. Amazing find on an absolutely perfect NOS part that’s been out of production for at least 30 years. FAST shipping, at a very reasonable cost, with tracking provided. Excellent Bicycle Shop! I’ll be back next time I need anything Bicycle related.

I have found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions regarding the bike i was purchasing for a child. And when I brought in a second hand bike that i thot might be a good rough around bike for the child they stopped what they were working on to get the bike up and running. The are very easy to talk with and are very helpful. I certainly wouldn't hestitate to recommend them to friends.
