I have found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. They made great suggestions regarding the bike i was purchasing for a child. And when I brought in a second hand bike that i thot might be a good rough around bike for the child they stopped what they were working on to get the bike up and running. The are very easy to talk with and are very helpful. I certainly wouldn't hestitate to recommend them to friends.

The guys at the shop are super friendly and helpful. I don't feel pushed into buying anything, and they always have what I'm looking for. Last week, I had questions about riding gloves and tubes. I got the tubes I needed, and I'm very happy with the glove recommendation. I also got a tip on an alternate route for the bike trip I had planned which I really appreciated.

I have been going to Babcock bikes since I was a kid racing BMX bikes . Even after all these years when ever I come in to the store I get quality customer service and they always have in stock what I'm looking for. It really is the one on one salesmanship which is always appreciated. My son enjoys going to Babcocks as well for his bicycle needs. We will always be customers.

Both Kevin, the owner, and John definitely know all about bikes. They were able to fix by bike rather quickly, which wasn't shifting right, and needed some other adjustments, at a fair price. When I previously purchased my bike there, they were both very helpful and friendly in getting me into the best bike for me. I would highly recommend Babcocks's for their great bikes and amazing service.

You have good quality bikes. John was very helpful in helping me pick out a bike. He did not pressure me. He had my bike ready when I cam to pick it up and he put on my bike rack on my car. I would recommend Babcock bikes to anyone.

this is my go to bike shop. these guys know bikes,sell good quality bikes and maintain them. I've never seen anyone change a tire faster either. Plenty of parking around and behind the shop.
