I've had a membership at this location for a few years now. The place is always clean. the locker rooms are spacious and the showers are comfortably sized. The only real complaint that I have is that, when there is a class in the athletics area (that I pay extra to have access to), I am not allowed in. Very frustrating, considering there are other rooms that are not being used for anything at the moment. Sometimes I come in just to hit the bags and I have to wait for them to finish. When I have spoken to the staff about it in the past, they have told me that its a paid class and I explain that I literally pay extra to have access to that area. The only thing I am really unhappy about.

What I really appreciate about my experience at Chuze Fitness is their outstanding customer service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. As soon as I walk in, they already know me, have everything ready for check-in, and make the whole process quick and easy. They remember what I like, stay busy, and are always professional. I love that they’re not just sitting around ..they’re actively engaged and making sure everything runs smoothly. I would highly recommend the Baymeadows location to anyone looking for a place with great service and a positive, supportive atmosphere!

I like the key card. I hate the protocol of some fitness places who are doing everything by cell phone. I am tired of my cell phone. I am not married to it, and I don't want it near me while working out. Nor do I want to buy a lock to put it on a locker, in order to get my phone to enter the athletic room. In fact, most people would get better workouts if they weren't texting their buddies at 5 am while they are at the gym.

First of all, it is no longer a Bailey's experience, but a Chuze experience. The gym offers plenty of machines and free weights to complete a thorough workout. The environment is clean and remains fairly well organized. Maintenance of broken machines is prompt and effective. The staff is friendly and diligent. The people in general are well behaved and respectful.
