The gym was well equipped with numerous strength and cardio machines along with free weights. I never had to wait for a machine or station due to the number available equipment. I was in the area on a 3 month work assignment. I enjoyed the variety of clientele with varied degrees of fitness development. I enjoyed seeing alot of 1st responders working out in the gym. I know that Chuze is expanding on the East coast. I look forward to seeing a facility in my hometown of Charlotte, NC. A good choice for fitness.

I like the variety of the equipment and the membership
I do have a complaint. Each month I am charged on the wrong card and I am expected to pay a late fee. I have inquired this at the front desk about the correct card but it keeps happening.
I feel this is not my mistake. I would like refunds to my av out please. At least 3 late fees that are not my fault.

What do I like...is so one-sided. Please allow me to provide a better description:
The best:
Leadership: Jane is an excellent leader. The club has operated very well under her leadership, and the staff likes her. She is a person who gets things done.
The members: Our members are very polite and genuinely offer to assist others. They wipe down the equipment after use, and most put the weights back on the tree when done.
The facility: The facility has great equipment that is almost always in perfect working order. It is also very clean, which is one thing prospective members first notice.
What needs attention:
The first thing that comes to mind is the key scanners for entering the building and using the turnstile. This is the first thing that needs to be addressed.
Vending: Have you considered putting a drink/snack vending machine inside the gym (outside the gated area) that can be accessed when the front part is closed?
Maintenance has always been a sore spot for this facility. Repairing almost anything (like a shower or a urinal) often takes weeks, if not months. May I strongly suggest that you reevaluate the employment of the person in charge of this department?
