Janessalynn has done a great job maintaining and keeping the gym clean. She’s also hired great staff that are friendly and great me each time I walk in the door or leave. However she’s told me that if I don’t leave her a good review that she won’t buy me Chiick Fil A. With that being said I keep leaving good reviews and she refuses to buy me a spicy chicken sandwich. Rude!

There are a lot of different exercise equipment and they all have instructions on how to use them. More than that, every member that was there while I was there, are very nice and willing to help you out with learning the equipment or spott8ng you if you need it. Not many places are like that!

Handicapped is not marked and people who aren’t handicap use it and the other two don’t have handrails for my Balance issues. The mats and the changing part hurt my feet and that small bench ain’t made for a big person, but that’s just me.. everything else is a 10
