It is large and open, with a great choice of work out machines. Baileys has a good balance of high intensity workout gear and free weights combined with the standard strength training machines. I like the fact that the cardio machines are virtually isolated from the weight room so the noises from one doesn't interfere with the other. I prefer high intensity training. It is nice to have plenty of space to do my workouts with a variety of different gear. There are plenty of free weights and cable machines to choose from. And also, you have a choice to move to machines on days you want to mix it up.
