Has all the weights, machines & classes for a wide range of workouts allowing me to switch up my routine. Includes hydromassage & compression tools to assist with recovery. Includes tanning & red light to help my skin. I wish the cold room was colder & I wish they had a lay down tanning bed.

I hadn't been there since before the remodeling. I still had a card LOL The guy at the desk was very helpful, showing me around and how to use the lockers, etc. The place is great!! So much more room! I am inspired to keep going back because the old place was so cramped and I really missed the one in Atlantic Beach!

I have enjoyed the Lift Lab! The multiple Pit Shark type machines have been an amazing edition. The limited foot traffic in that are makes for a better workout experience for me as well. And thank you for facing the Glute Drive machine toward the wall- MUCH BETTER! I have been wondering when the Leg extension machine (Life Fitness brand) will be fixed? It is missing the additional 5lb weights and has been for some months now. This is my favorite machine as I am smaller and this machine fits me better, and being smaller those little weights help me to lift more without making that huge jump up by 10-15lbs at a time. I hope that makes sense. Thank you for asking for feedback/input. The fresh look and the new relax area are very aesthetically pleasing as well, and I look forward to trying those areas!

A lot of area in that gym and good equipment. You could find something the workout. Had a new experience with those frost rooms and I personally loved it. I might just go back to try that again. The free weight area was pretty big and I didn’t get to see that lift lab. But typically I like those areas a lot.
