The extra amenities- I've been a member too long to cancel, and the extra items make it worthwhile to stay. I'm a single (solo) parent of 2 children and there were times I needed to freeze my membership and the staff was accommodating! Thanks

The staff is phenomenal, they are very welcoming to everyone that walks in. Art especially, at least I think that's his name lol. He even let me know that i had free personal training sessions with my pass that I didn't know about. The sauna is 2nd to none. I would have given a 10 but the equipment is a little out dated. Keep up the good work!
