II is fine but I do have one request. As you encourage patrons to refrain from from bringing gym bags onto the floor, I would like to see management encourage patrons to refrain from sitting on equipment and using cell phones to post on their various social media accounts. I frequently am kept off of equipment while people post, chat, text, and scroll for extended periods of time. It’s just common courtesy. If you are on your phone, please don’t sit on equipment.

The staff is extremely courteous and remembers me. I never have an issue with entry or amenities.
If a machine has issues or becomes broken, I've seen employees working on them and within a week most machines are back online for use.
There are a good number of options for cardio as well.
My only complaint is the volume in the two cardio rooms- I 'm not a sports person so hearing ESPN loudly over my headphones can be annoying but that's a small price to pay for the ammenity.

I will be honest and I’ll be glad when everything is finished, I.E. Hot Yoga Room, the additional weight rooms and the maintenance is done regularly on the steam room and it consistently works.
Some people drive a lot away just to make sure that steam room is operational.
Anyway, I think you guys done a great job. I love the five dollar credit on the $50 memberships. So even though I’ve been there since 2012 and the new ownership has taken place I’m happy to say I would recommend you guys over anybody else.
