The spinning class by Yana on Sundays and the yoga class by Caroline (body balance now by Akiko). Also yoga or LesMills core was great when Caroline was able to teach. Also, the weights and machines are great. Finally, the staff keeps the entire gym very neat and clean, which is appreciated.
I like visiting every Friday for my group fitness classes. I’ve had 3 classes at other locations that have been canceled. The classes at Mandarin are great. I do Cycling and Body Pump in the morning.
