Team is so incredibly friendly. The piece of feedback that I have is around the facility itself. I’ve been now to 5-6 different chuze’s around Jax and this one is definitely in the worst condition. Needs a remodel with concaving roofs/ leak. I can just tell it’s an older building that needs some upkeep

The trainers and staff are the best! My trainer gives excellent personalized exercises and takes time to listen to my goals and tailor workouts to achieve those goals. The gym is always clean too

The Mandarin location is very different from the other locations around the city. Jacksonville is very large and each area has its own vibe. Mandarin has been a settled area with families for over 20 years, and now the kids raised here are adults and coming to gym that their parents brought them to when they were babies. Everyone knows everyone and we are basically a family. It's also one of the south most locations available to St. Johns County residents. Did I mention that Chick-Fil-A is across the street?!!

Sandy, cant wait to see the parking lot TOTALY cleaned. While I have you, not a fan on checking in with the phone because I despise bringing my phone in to the gym. These older members are not happy about it either. Thanks, Chuze! I know these Gen Z people can't function without having their phone attached to the hip. It would be great to have the old key swiper back! Just saying. You're doing great by the way.

I like the atmosphere but the equipment in the mandarin san jose gym is not good, How come the beach has all hammer strength and we get the holiday inn crap?? Ive been a memeber for 30 years and worked in the health club industry and our gym needs to be upgraded please
