I love the class at 5:30 p.m. all the instructors all of them is very good and very nice and friendly thats why I come to the class 3 to 4 time a day and I will continue to be @ the class and continue to be a member!!!!

It's size...large Equipment Restrooms and showers Front desk support, products, and employees all. I have vast experience with gyms, and body building environments. .....a few out of state, but mostly in florida. There is no gym I would rather be in Than your gym in palatka.

I am new to the gym scene and was quite insecure coming in, inquiring about the place and then, actually trying out the equipment. Every employee that I met was wonderfully friendly, helpful and welcoming. The gym seems very clean, which is so important. /The atmosphere is mellow and respectful. The music is not my favorite, but is not obnoxious and overly loud. I am learning the ropes slowly and feeling very at ease and not afraid to ask for help due to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended, thank you!
