I like how spacious the facility is and appreciate the variety of equipment available. It’s also nice that all the equipment brands are grouped together instead of being spread out. However, the girls’ bathroom needs attention — the stalls are dirty, the floors are grimy, and overall, it’s not clean. The locker room side, though, is in better condition. I also think it would be great to have more treadmills available.

The recovery room and the lie down tanning bed. Please put the lie down tanning bed in the point meadows location. The bulbs in the point meadows stand up bed dont feel hot.

Affordable and convenient locations. The gyms are generally clean and most equipment is in good working order. I've noticed some machines and cable attachments have high-pitched squeaks. Some other cable machines have odd tension on the cable, seemingly from old age, or lots of use. The Chuze acquisition seems pretty great so far. I love the app and not having to always carry my physical key tag. I'll be sure to mention the squeaking items when I notice them next.
