I love the people in the mornings and I love the staff. The staff is friendly and keep our gym clean and always welcome everyone and somehow know everyone's names and I just cant get enough of this place, I love it and I will continue to love it because it is so wonderful!!!!

The staff compare to Oakleaf is absolutely amazing. They are welcoming, friendly, professional and that is a plus for me specially when you go every day. You feel like you at home. I barely go to oakleaf because of that.

Wish you had Gatorade there and wish that people would not sit on machines or stay on machines too long in between sets or let people work in people don't know that no cameras no phones no recording they sit on a machine in between sets and look at their phones also. It's really hot in the locker room.
