I liked your service this time but was more than mildly surprised to hear that the chain was loose.
My Brompton had been ridden only three times in total before I brought it back for its second service this Saturday 3rd August 2019. Given this fact, shouldn't the looseness of the chain have been picked up by your staff all those years ago when I first brought it to you, so long ago you didn't have my details on your computer? I think so..... given that the chain would only loosen through regular cycling, which I found I couldn't do with only three gears. So it sat folded up in my hallway for more than a decade.

I’ve been using Balfe’s for years. These guys always go the extra mile! Incredibly helpful, great service, really know their stuff. And their prices are always really good.
