The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive when I got knocked off my bike recently. They took in my bike immediately after the accident and emailed me a crash assessment promptly which a member of staff talked me through. They offered impartial advice based on experience on the pros and cons of ways to proceed regarding an insurance claim/private arrangement for reimbursement from the driver at fault and they arranged to dispose of my bike. I am incredibly grateful for their support. Thank you staff at Streatham Balfe's bikes. I'm really glad you are my local bike shop.

You guys are great at communicating, patient and attentive when listening to the work I’m looking to get done on my bike and do a really good job.
You’re also very good at recommending what may be required from maintenance or service perspectives and realistic about the timescales for these which helps when it comes to planning my bike’s next visit.
Can’t fault you guys, will be back.

They were brilliant with my bike; they kept me informed through the day and were resourceful when a problem arose. They uncovered a problem which had been previously overlooked by another mechanic and dealt with a warranty issue for me too. They worked really hard to get my bike back to me on the same day so I could race which I really appreciated.
