Noel was awesome. I just bought a Trek Domane AL5 from another local Trek dealer, and was having issues with it that the other place couldn’t figure out (and they didn’t really seem to care about the issue, which I’ll be honest kinda ticked me off). Suffice to say, Noel and one of your mechanics fixed the issue, leaving me one happy customer. You just earned my business.

I've bought several bikes over the past few years from Trek, for both me and my two young sons. I have always been impressed with how dedicated the staff are, never rushing us when we are looking at the bikes and making us feel welcome in their store. They patiently explain all the details and interact wonderfully with the kiddos. I especially appreciate Amir who flawlessly handles any issues we have and always takes good care of us. Thank you!!
