Your sales rep, Jeff, helped me in a great way. I needed to get some customized changes to the FX-3 in order to fit the way I bike combined with the needs of my age. He found the parts and made it happen, so that I got a stem that raised the handlebars, also a bit wider handlebar that helps, and the optional wider tires. The handlebar rise provided by Jeff is perfect and I could not have gotten the FX-3 without that customization.
I was very impressed that Trek, through its sales staff (Jeff), was able to customize this fine new bike to precisely fit my needs, making it the "super bike" I needed. Most other bike companies and bike stores would not have been able to address my bike need.
Products are first-rate. Though I don't buy / need a lot of products....don't need 3 bikes....But I use the Service regularly ~monthly. Service is always superb, fast, very fair pricing. I recommend the shop to everyone.
Personal assistance from a great team of professionals to help me choose the best bike for me. The services included transferring my already owned lights and bell plus adding new accessories to my new bike. My new bike was significantly discounted and perfect for me. They were happy to donate my previous well-loved bike to either a needy neighborhood child or Bikes of the World. They provide terrific service, and my new bike will receive free servicing at 12 months. We are lucky to have this Trek Store in our neighborhood.
For customer service on routine repairs, e.g. a flat tire, this place is the best. I’d been having a chronic problem with my front tire that seemed to go mysteriously flat on its own without cause. One time I was carrying the tire in my hand when it popped. Jeff and his staff determined the wrong tube was being used but their store did not have the right one in stock there. Jeff got on his bike and rode off in a rain storm to get the right one from another store. The bike was fixed and I was on my way and only charged for the tube. I told Jeff and his staff they are the best and I’m a customer for life.

Very impressive visit. Had a broken shifter cable and your repair guy took it immediately and was able to fix it. Repair price was very fair.
Then your manager gave me a 20% discount on gloves because I lost one of my current pair.
I don't love that Trek is buying out independent shops that used to have many different brands, but Trek Ballston is really winning me over with its excellent service. Dang!
