The personal attention given to me by Russ in repair/maintenance was truly exceptional and 100% the reason I purchased my new bike. In addition, he helped set up my bike and make recommendations about its use. Jeff was also very helpful as he went to another store to pickup my pedals, enabling an earlier pickup of my bike. Noel was also very helpful finalizing my bike pickup and explaining certain features to me. Lastly, the repair assistant was notably patient and helpful.

Russ and Amir in maintenance are the best in the business. It if because of them that I still bring my bikes to trek despite all of my framesets being manufactured by specialized. I recommend them to everyone I speak to about bikes.

Best service and repair shop in the DC area. Russ and Emir are passionate about bikes and incredibly knowledgeable, but unlike many bike technicians they actually know how to talk to people.In addition they are really nice people.
