It is close to the airport. It is easy to make reservations on line. The bus drivers are courteous and handled the baggage for each customer. Pick up at the airport was easy and fast.

Despite coming back after 10:30pm due to a flight delay, the shuttle was right at where it was supposed to be, the driver was very friendly and helped w a luggage. This was our first time using TPS but all instruction was clear and on a few times I had to make a call, the phone operator was very knowledgeable, kind and explained all I needed to know. Very good experience and would love to use their service again!

I can’t say enough about how convenient, efficient and cost effective it is to use the Parking Spot when I travel to/from BWI. I love how they meet you at your vehicle and drop you back at your vehicle. And the drivers are always friendly and helpful — even loading and unloading bags. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

It easy to book online; entry and exit is easy with the QR code; shuttle pick up to and from the airport is prompt and easy; shuttle drivers are friendly (for the most part) and helpful with luggage (for the most part). AAA discount and rewards for frequent use makes the fees very reasonable.

I love that when you park your car at The Parking Spot, they offer a convenient pickup service that helps with your luggage and gives you VIP treatment to and from the airport. It really takes the stress out of travel! The drivers consistently provide wonderful service every time we use them. Highly recommended!
