Easy check-in for an unexpected flat, with a super fast turnaround service for the repairs needed. Promptly notified that the bike was ready to go…….very good follow through. All staff was very courteous and helpful……just what you want from a bike shop!!

As a female, I appreciate that talking bikes wasn't something that I was made to feel a fool of. I appreciated the transparency as to what issues my bike had and was also impressed by the quick turn around. The staff was warm and friendly, while not being overbearing. Bangtail has some of the best bike brands in Bozeman and they stand by their warranties whether in writing or not! Over the years I’ve broken 4 trek frames and received a new frame each time thanks Bangtail!! 🫵🏼 60% of the time it works every time!!🐆

Was leaving bike for a brake bleed for a day or two. I sat down with Rob for a short visit, on my way out the door 40 minutes later I was informed my Levo was ready to ride. Thank you Bangtail staff, that was truly amazing.
