OMG these guys were so great. I showed up with my daughter and didn’t realize they were closing in 5 min. I had swapped seats for a different bike and on the 3 block ride to downtown we realized that something was very wrong:(. We couldn’t tighten the seat at all because part of the seat post had come off and gotten stuck in the frame. These guys were so amazing and I know they just probably wanted to leave and get out for a ride but they found me a new seat post, cut it down- twice! Needless to say we are big fans of Bangtail!! Just an absolute group of legends. Technical skill combined with winning personalities...what more could you ask for. There was a dog that used to be in there, black and tan...handsome fella. He was the best. Don't see him too much any more. Bet they miss him.

Excellent customer service. Employees are very helpful and courteous and bend over backwards to help their customers with their purchases. I recently had a complicated issue with a purchase, and they completely resolved it for me, even though they had to exhibit a lot of patience!

The staff answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel silly. I can tell they know A LOT about bikes and I know practically nothing. Yet it felt very comfortable asking questions and getting work done on our bikes. Super friendly and fast!

I have been a customer of Bangtail Bike & Ski for decades. I have always felt well taken care of and given good advice on bike repair as well as recommendations on nordic ski gear. Rob and Otis have a wealth of knowledge with both ski and bike equipment and it's always a pleasure to see him when I come in to the shop. Sophia, Holly and Carli are also a welcome force! Thank you for continuing the good service provided by Bangtail Bike and Ski since the shop was on West Main.
