It was so quick and easy to drop off the bike. I was able to walk right in. The tech listened to exactly what I was asking for and offered several options. The expected pickup date was accurate and everything was completed correctly. I have a very happy child who loves her new hand-me-down bike.

Excellent Brands Service guys seem to be very knowledgeable, although, I do most of my maintenance on bikes myself. Always appreciate the advice and tips from your techs tho. Reasonable inventory, tho specialty items and not in stock (for good reason, I'm sure). Store org: I'd rather be greeted by the tech/ shop aspect of your shop when I walk in the door, instead of a wall/row of bikes to wade through to get to the good guys in the back. Knowing that the shop is owned by a high level athlete goes a long way. Though, it I didn't know the owner personally, I might not get that vibe from your store. Show your passion for human powered stuff! (I know....the eBikes are hot sellers )

Awesome gravel bike o purchased. The one on the floor with all the add-ons, including fork cages, housing Siracha sauce😆 All happily removed in a matter of minutes, and set up my bike based on my suggestions: been fit many, many times Love your store, and thanks!!!

They fixed our two bikes!! Especially my Husband’s! They r Trek E bikes! So we r very picky who we take them too! We r from out of town! They did such an excellent job on them both! I wish we lived here ! This would be our place!!
