This was my new patient, first time appointment and I was impressed with the length of time spent with me. I did not feel rushed, which was unlike most doctor appointments that I have had in the past. I felt that Dr Gupta took her time to accurately record my health history and listen to my comments and concerns. I saw her to be very warm and caring and very detailed oriented as well. Brenda, the PA was very thorough and had a great welcoming personality. Nikita was very efficient in setting up my appointment. The staff was very pleasant to me. I particularly appreciated how clean everything looked. My overall experience setting up a primary care provider was very good. I have recently moved to the area and must find new doctors. Baptist gave me a very good first impression.
