I love Dr. Patterson. I have PTSD and anxiety, and working with him has been a great comfort for me. Dr. Patterson has truly made an effort to equip me with the tools I need to live a more comfortable life. I know I still have work to do, but having a provider who actually listens and remembers details from past sessions—without me having to repeat my stories—makes my time with him much easier. This way, I can focus on getting the help I need.
The fact that Dr. Patterson is an African American man means a lot to me because he understands my culture. Finding the right therapist isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and after losing a therapist I really loved when she moved to another position, I feel incredibly blessed to have been connected with Dr. Patterson.
Dr. branscome was incredible.
I have never in my life had a medical professional take hours upon hours and give us the time she did. She is attentive. Kind, and we'll articulated. She has a sense of humor, she took time and explained in great detail to my husband and I about our son and how she came to the conclusions of his diagnosis post evaluation. If only more medical professionals treated patients this way. What a wonderful world we would be living in. She gave us answers when Nobody else could, and for that we are so thankful. We would recommend her to a friend.
It has taken some time, but my therapy has changed my 20 some years of the worst way of thinking about myself, into a life that I can believe in myself.
