Everything you need is there and though getting to where you’re going is daunting, it’s not so bad in the end. There is excellent physical care as well as mental and emotional care and even spiritual concerns. It’s so nice not to have to run all over the place to find providers in one location that you love. I hardliner recommend Baptist health with anll its myriad of offerings.
I love Dr. Patterson. I have PTSD and anxiety, and working with him has been a great comfort for me. Dr. Patterson has truly made an effort to equip me with the tools I need to live a more comfortable life. I know I still have work to do, but having a provider who actually listens and remembers details from past sessions—without me having to repeat my stories—makes my time with him much easier. This way, I can focus on getting the help I need.
The fact that Dr. Patterson is an African American man means a lot to me because he understands my culture. Finding the right therapist isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, and after losing a therapist I really loved when she moved to another position, I feel incredibly blessed to have been connected with Dr. Patterson.
