I'm so very happy & proud to be a patient at Baptist Agewell. Finally I have a supportive medical team that genuinely cares for my complete & total well being. Since I've been a patient there, one issue I've had is that most people who may be more tech or electronically savvy tend to communicate differently with agewell patients. Your facility is well equipped & accommodating & huge. Giving more accurate & descriptive directions. Trying to locate (what I call) the imaging center was quite frustrating. The staff that gives directions may need to step outside to get more updated street names. It's attached to the JOI bldg, the name (Hill Brest?) Is not seen from San Marco Blvd. Please give attention to correct this. Thank you for your time, concern & consideration.

Well, the facility is ok. A bit old,, but I do like that I can meet virtually. The therapist is the main reason I would recommend Baptist health. Kate is very easy to talk to. I feel comfortable with her andI think she’s helping me a lot.

My therapist Lauren has been so helpful to me in working through some serious family issues. She has a gentle yet challenging approach with me. I do not receive answers to my questions from her. Lauren allows me to explore options through her suggestions. In the beginning, I was unsure of working with a counselor who is so young. But Lauren is wise and experienced beyond her chronological age! What a blessing she has been to me!
