I have been a patient of Dr. Refai's now for almost 10 years. I recently went through a series of major let downs in life. Not getting the promotion at my job was the icing on the cake. I got on the baptist my chart portal and sent a message to Dr. Refai. I was pleasantly surprised when someone replied within an hour to my message and Dr. Refai ended up responding before noon. I felt so cared for. I ended up getting an appt the very next day. I couldn't believe how they all showed up for me. I am so grateful to have such a Great Doctor and Amazing Staff to work with.
