Mostly very professional, but clerks at check in desk need to understand many seniors are hearing impaired and need slower, clearer communication. I'm 83 and struggle with rapid fire speech.
Once you arrive you’re greeted with a smile and we will be with you shortly. I’m one that prefers to fill out paperwork on line and makes it easier for everyone. When it’s your turn and you’re called in for your procedure you’re already relaxed because everyone is so professional.
Friendly, speedy. But your patient portal really needs to be redone. OTC meds are almost impossible to enter correctly. Also the questions are confusing. Injustice logged into the STRIC portal and everything was clear and concise, the directions were easy to follow, when I missed a question it was highlighted before I could leave the page.
Sign in for my appointment was quick and easy. And I only had to wait minutes to be called in for my mammogram. I need to also acknowledge the quick and professional work done by the technician. All in all, a good experience.
