Went in for heart Cath procedure to Baptist South. I want to give a special shout out to Mark, Emely, and Manny for the EXCELLENT care they provided both pre-op and post-op. They were very kind, patient and reassuring. Really helped to bring my anxiety about the procedure down. Then the entire surgical team did an incredible job of taking me through the procedure without a hick up. Truly an excellent team of professionals. Thank you all for your kindness and care. All staff members who cared for my husband were very attentive and answered all questions concerning expectations of procedure. Great care was given to after surgery monitoring. I also valued Dr. Vo's immediate post-surgery update on my husband's procedure and the expectations to follow. Overall, this experience gave us confidence in the care Baptist South gives.
