Everything. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, nice and caring. The food is very good and the facility is first rate. Jacksonville in my opinion offers first class medical care and Baptist over all is the best. I highly recommend Baptist South to anyone who needs to undergo any medical treatment. A special shout out to the nurses who are so caring and take time to not only address your physical well being the emotional side that can also affect your well being I have never been in such a position before but I’m so glad when it happened I was at Baptist South.

Most important that patients have their own room in privacy.. your nurses and doctors are very professional kind and caring about your health.. when you ring the bus so you have immediately response which is very important to patients.. if you have any questions everybody is so willing to sit with you and explain so you understand what's going on with your health... I happen to think that the food is really good and enjoyable to eat.. it's very clean and sterile.. Baptist is the only hospital that I prefer to go to.. The people were fantastic. My only issue was having to go over my daily medicines every time it was scheduled. Not anyone at fault that took care of me. I can't praise Dr. Agarwal enough! He is definitely the best!
