Check in (Pre Registration) was easy and available. Directions from check in desk was clear. Was admitted to the holding or waiting area on time and nurses there went over the necessary items very clearly. The prepping for the procedure was done professionally and courteously. The Nurse assigned to us was very attentive and was appreciated by us. The procedure team was very professional and explained everything that was going to take place. The Doctor met with us prior to the procedure as well as after and explained what he had done and the prelim results. In the Cath Lab, all members that came into contact with me explained what they were doing and what would happen both prior to the procedure as well as during. Very professional. While I would not want to repeat this anytime soon, I would not hesitate to use this same team at Baptist.
