One, it's a convenient location, and this particular visit my orders from my doctor had not been received, I waited for a long period of time, I checked with the front office (check in personnel) and they had not received the doctor's orders. After a short while personnel said they called my doctor's office to get a verbal order. Excellent work to take care of a patient.
