It was quick and easy despite it being walk-in only. The staff was incredibly quick with paperwork and processing. Everything was well explained to me. The X-ray tech was extremely fast and efficient. The X-ray tech herself was very kind and gentle with me. I do have a physical condition that causes me lots of pain, but she made it as painless as she could for me. I will be returning to the same location if I require more X-rays. Thank you all for your quick and good service.

The staff was very professional and very
pleasant. I feel that it is very important that the
staff that screens customers greet them with a
smile and acknowledge their presence.
I once met up with one of your staff that kind of gave
me the impression that she wasn't going to be very pleasant
when I asked for copies of past exams for one of my doctors.
Fortunately, she was very cooperative and was very busy too but
did allow me the time to process my paperwork with a very pleasant
attitude.
