I noticed process of checking in was improved. There was just a slight wait.
Prior appointments were slower (?) due to staff having personal conversations.
Being called for exam without issue. The CT tech, Jessica was nice, cordial and professional.
Can improve process of calling patient when processing payment documents. Most times the patient does not hear their name called the first time. Then it could be on us to understand the (wrong) pronunciation of our name.
You still get a 10 from me for experiencing a visit without complaint.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wait time was minimal. The technicians were very, very professional and helpful. I actually fell asleep while the procedure was happening. I definitely give this facility an 11.
Customer rep (Adrianna) who helped me was very professional and very knowledgable.
The imaging tech was also top shelf. These two folks made the long wait and the overcrowding
of the office more tollerable. Please thank these two people.
The offices were prompt in contacting me and scheduling my appointment. Additionally, they maintained contact with me in advance of my appointment to ensure I knew when and where to be. The staff was super friendly and professional.
