From the front desk staffing to the lady who did the imaging. Her name was Janet and she went above and beyond what we've come to expect in today's world. There was something she saw that wasn't quite right, so she took the time to check with the doctor instead of just saying, well, that wasn't really ordered. Also, I had fallen on my back so she adjusted the x-ray bed so it would stand up instead of making me lay down on it. She is someone who can think for herself and doesn't do things by rote. Any amazing x-ray technician and I commend her. I am so thankful I was assigned to her!!
All staff from reception to the technician very helpful and friendly. At the time of my appointment because of equipment failure I had a 2-3 hour delay in my mri procedure
The plus side the technician and I got the procedure done with a sincere apology from him sorry I don't recall his name. Just a hint how about a little discount? Just a wish I realize any medical procedure is costly. THANK YOU. RAY
PS: could I come by office for copy of results. Of procedure so I can do a follow-up with my doctor?
