The front desk person is so accommodating, helpful and thorough. Never an issue checking in. Missy is THE BEST, She is intuitive, extremely knowledgeable, answers all my questions and provides additional information, going beyond my initial question. Never feel rushed, and everything gets taken care of. Always a pleasure.

Very helpful and kind. I’d only been to the office one other time last year for yearly checkup. Dr Hill was outstanding. This was also first time ever seeing a female Ob/Gyn. She made visit pleasant and later did a procedure for me, which went well. Just miss that she’s not there anymore. After receiving letter last fall about her leaving I became very concerned…I did see Melissa Adams just this week, and was very happy. She was very compassionate and so glad that I went for my visit.

The front desk staff was amazing and so was Missy. The nurse who took me back and did my intake had zero personality and was not very friendly. I don’t know if she had an off day or what, but it would have been nice for her to be much more welcoming and friendly. Again, everyone else was amazing!

After going to Jacksonville for 30 years, I decided to try someone closer. So happy I did! I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Staff and Missy Adams were great. She made me feel comfortable, took the time to learn about me, and to understand my concerns. She explained symptoms and medications better than my other provider ever did. She sent in my Rx and referral for mammogram right away. Got a call from Baptist health the next day to schedule.

Everyone in the office is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Missy Adams really listens to my concerns, offers advice and ways to deal with my issues. And it works! My issues are livable with her help. My appointments are always on time and waiting time is very reasonable. I do recommend her to my friends.

It was easy to make an appointment and I didn't have to wait for months to be seen! My only negative experience was after signing my name, etc I was immediately asked for my co-pay. I replied to the receptionist, would you also like my ID and insurance card in addition to my co-pay?
