Check in was seamless an efficient. The lab tech was so polite and efficient I didn’t even feel the needle stick and she found my vein on the first try. Customer service was great from the beginning to the end and very quick I walked in at 7:20am and was done by 7:35am and made it to work on time. If would give this team a 10 out 10 from start to finish.
Convenient to my home. Usually serviced in very timely manner. Techs are almost always efficient at drawing. RECEPTION PERSONAL ARE OFFENSIVE AND MORE ATTENTIVE TO TALKING TO EACH OTHER THAN SERVICING THE PATIENT. TOO BUSY LOOKING AT BATHING SUITS ON THEIR SECOND SCREEN (visible to patients with scantily covered bodies on the screens).
I have encountered difficulty with the same person for several years. This visit she was combative when I tried to read what I was asked to sign and told me to just sign. When I questioned and asked her to be kind to this patient she told me that I was "unkind".
Sabrina in the Wolfson’s lab was AMAZING. Truly. So kind, gentle and patient. And a Mom of another patient gave me advice while I was waiting with my kiddo, as it was our first time taking him for labs. Everyone, from the moment we walked in, was incredibly kind.
Use the Pavilion Lab for my lab appointments as they are easy to get in and out in a minimal amount of time. Last lab was seen within 10 minutes after registration. The registration staff are quick at registering and waiting time is minimal.
