My first visit was to establish care for a new doctor, after relocating from Wisconsin. From the check-in gals, to the nurse, Dr. Stapleton, and the blood draw gal. Also the gal who called the next day to go over labs. I needed help getting established on the portal and that person was very friendly and accommodating. All very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable and at ease. Good job to the leadership in training (setting expectations) and hiring the right people. Well done Baptist Healthcare.
