I was a little apprehensive at first, but Karen put me right at ease. She explained everything, had a great attitude, and was very professional. The facility was clean, the bed was full size and comfortable, large in-room bathroom, and the air was just right. I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience.

Good location. Adequate parking. Sleeping room was clean, private and felt like home. The Respiratory Therapist was excellent. We had good conversations as she prepared me for the study and answered all my questions before I even asked them. She seemed quite capable and competent. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Eleveyn? - the American lady originally raised in the Philippines, was the staff person overseeing my care in the sleep study. She was outstanding. Very professional and friendly, she thoroughly explained the sleep study process and answered all questions I had with clarity. You couldn’t have a better employee than her.
