The people are always very helpful and take the time to respond to questions. The people who draw the lab work try to do it with the least possible degree of discomfort Possible long wait but it is worth it, you never know who you might encounter.

While I could not make an appointment, the wait time at Baptist South was very short. When I entered the waiting area, it was full, but my wait was only about 10 minutes. Very good service and Kendra was super! However, with the labs having been sent to Quest Diagnostics, I am still waiting the results after 2 days. I just checked on line and it still says, "IN PROGRESS." That is quite ridiculous. I had originally made an appointment at Quest as my doctor's nurse told me that she had received a confirmation that Quest had received the order for my lab work. Making the appointment through the Quest website was a nightmare...but I won't go into pages and pages of what happened over three hours of trying to make the appointment. When I finally found the location where I had made the appointment, there was nothing in their system for my lab work. Given the ridiculous efforts I had to go through to make the appointment I know that the error was on their end. My doctor's nurse is fantastic and I know it was not her error. Quest Diagnostics absolutely stinks!!!!! And it is too bad that Baptist sends lab work to them for analysis.
