Jessica, the phlebotomist, did an excellent job communicating with me in a professional and friendly manner during my visit for a blood draw. Jessica did I great job performing the blood drawn. I barely even noticed that the procedure was happening and then it was over and done. She is good at being a phlobotmist, for sure! 10/10! Also. I didn't have to wait long prior, which was nice too.

I like the check in process because you don't have to wait in line. Just sign in at the kiosk and take a seat. The lady that took my blood was outstanding. Painless, efficient and very nice.
