Beyond that, she was diligent in preparing the necessary documents, explaining the steps, making the necessary arrangements, and generally being available when we had questions. Her efforts contributed to an active showing schedule, followed by attractive offers. Barbara was also very instrumental in helping us find contractors to do the inevitable repairs following the buyer's inspection, in a market where it is frequently difficult for individual homeowners to find qualified workers who will make themselves available on short notice.
