i didn’t like the experience at all- but it wasn’t barb’s fault. my buyer was OBNOXIOUS About everything the entire time- and Barb was a mediator and therapist for 3 months while my psychotic buyer made the entire process unbearable right up until the hour of closing. barb did everything she could to keep this transaction from folding. the buyer has several other transactions fall through and continually provided outrageous demands for my personal belongings. She made threats and slandered me on social media when she was told “no.” thank god barb is level headed.
