We cannot say enough good things about Barbara. She helped us sell a unique piece of property that was difficult to determine the value. She suggested land division options that kept the property unique and sellable. She went above board to help with the land division process. She helped us with suggestions and ideas for a better sale. She also helped us when a buyer wanted to back out which put us in a less favorable market. Again, we cannot say enough good things about Barbara and we are glad she was our realtor.
