Barbara was my realtor and she did a wonderful job. My mother was dying and she took a big responsibility off my hands and got my mother's house sold. Being a first time home buyer me and my wife were not aware of the many different challenges and the things necessary that went into purchasing a home. We had worked with several other realtors who were interested in selling a home but not interested in selling us the home we wanted. This discouraged us to the point that we were considering terminating our quest to buy a home. It was only by Gods grace that Barbara came into our lives and renergized our desire to buy a home. Barbara was not only skilled at her job but was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. She took her time explaining everything we needed it to know about buying a home. She also was interested in finding the home that we wanted and not just selling us a house. Barbara was instrumental in guiding us through every step of the process of purchasing our home. Barbara is a consummate professional and we thank God for her coming into our lives. We are so thankful that we met Barbara because she not only changed our perception of the buying process but restored our faith people. I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home and plan to do so in the future. Lastly she not only maintained her professionalism throughout the entire process she made you feel like family. She is definitely the realtor a first time home buyer or anyone purchasing a home needs. We not only gained a superior realtor but a friend as well.

Barbara was very flexible with our schedules & very knowledgeable of needs for homes. Barbara helped to negotiate our offer as well as negotiated concessions with the seller. She helped make our experience go smoothly. In the past, I’ve heard horror stories about the mortgage process. Barbara helped make those stories a myth. I felt comfortable asking her questions and trusted her experience. As a first time home buyer, this experience has been great & I will recommend my family & friends to her.
