I contacted Barbara after she helped my mother find her house. She did a great job and knew the area, the style of home and the price my mother was looking to purchase. I knew once I put my home up for sale she would be the best realtor for the job.
Barbara helped me navigate the market, pulling comps and price comparisons. She knew exactly what the house needed and what the appropriate list price to sell it quickly. I believe my home was on the market for nine days and our first and final offer came through. She again did a great job.

This was our second transaction with Barbara (buying, then selling the property 2 years later). Barbara was very engaged in the process and helped us through some difficult last-minute issues with what ended up becoming a complicated perchase. When it came time for us to sell our property, Barbara had great ideas about perparing the house for sale, connections to get the work completed in a expedited fashion and was able to get our house profiled on the cover of a local real estate population. The sales process was a smooth as could be hoped for, and we exceeded our reasonable estimates for the sale price!
